How do I run an orders report?

The Orders Report displays all orders for your organisation, including the buyer’s name, email address, and number of tickets purchased. You can also access additional order information such as registration question responses.

  1. Log in to your TicketLeap account.
  2. Select the Reports tab and choose Orders

    You can filter the report in two ways:
    1. Date Range - Click the Date Range button and select the desired period based on ticket sale dates (not event dates).
    2. By Events - Click View, choose the event(s), and click Select Events
    3. Using the search field to find specific orders. You can search by: All Fields, Order IDs, Buyers Name or Discount codes.
  3. Click Run Report to display data based on the chosen date range and events.
  4. To download the report click Download and choose CSV or PDF.

You can access the Orders Report for individual events directly from the events page. To do so, follow the instructions:

  1. Go to the Events page, and click Quick Reports (graph icon) next to the event for which you want to see the sales report.
  2. Select Orders from the dropdown.

This is an easy way to access the Orders Report for a specific event without going through the general Reports and applying filters.

Registration Questions responses

To review individual responses to registration questions:  

  1. Go to Orders Report
  2. Click on the Order ID of the ticket buyer
  3. Select Tickets.
  4. Click Registration Questions for the specific ticket to see the response.
