Adding your GA4 Measurement ID
Note:
GA4 tracking is not added to your Org Listing page, only the individual event pages.
From the TicketLeap admin:
- Select Marketing > Accounts & Analytics
- Choose Google Analytics 4
- Select Connect
- Enter your GA4 Measurement ID
- Example format: G-1AB23ZZ45C
- Select Save

Testing The Measurement Code
Follow the steps below to confirm that your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking code is correctly set up and firing on your event or ticket page.

Open the Page You Want to Test
- Go to a TicketLeap event page that you want to test.
- View the Page Source
- Right-click anywhere on the page (not on an image or link).
- Select "View Page Source" or "View Source" (wording may vary by browser).

Search for Your GA4 Measurement ID
- Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) to open the search box.
- Type in your GA4 Measurement ID. It looks like this:
G-XXXXXXXXXX (starts with "G-" followed by 10 characters). - If your Measurement ID appears in the source code, your GA4 tag is on the page.

Confirm the Code Is Firing
- Seeing your GA4 ID in the source code means the tag is installed.
- Seeing your GA4 ID in the source code means the tag is installed.
