How do I add a new ticket type for multiple performances?

To add a new ticket type for multiple performances of an event, follow the steps below.

Add a ticket across all event dates

  1. Login to your TicketLeap account.
  2. From the Events tab, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the event where you want to add a new ticket type.

  3. Go to Tickets and click +Add Ticket. 
  4. Add ticket details and click Add Ticket. 
  5. The ticket will be added to all event dates.

Add a ticket to a specific event

  1. Login to your TicketLeap account.
  2. From the Events tab, click the dates below event to see all event dates.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the date you want to add a new ticket type.
  4. Click +Add Ticket.
  5. Add ticket details and click Add Ticket. 
  6. The ticket will be added to the selected event date.

A notification reminds you that you are editing an event with multiple dates and what event you are editing.
