To add a new ticket type for multiple performances of an event, follow the steps below.
Add a ticket across all event dates
- Login to your TicketLeap account.
- From the Events tab, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the event where you want to add a new ticket type.
- Go to Tickets and click +Add Ticket.
- Add ticket details and click Add Ticket.
- The ticket will be added to all event dates.
Add a ticket to a specific event
- Login to your TicketLeap account.
- From the Events tab, click the dates below event to see all event dates.
- Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the date you want to add a new ticket type.
- Click +Add Ticket.
- Add ticket details and click Add Ticket.
- The ticket will be added to the selected event date.
A notification reminds you that you are editing an event with multiple dates and what event you are editing.
