Whether you've sold tickets or not, you can edit the date of your event.

Event With No Tickets Sold

If you haven't sold tickets, click Manage next to the event you wish to update. Select the desired date and click Save.

Event With Ticket(s) Sold

If you've already sold tickets and need to change the event date or if your event is rescheduled, reach out to contactus@ticketleap.au. You will need to contact your ticket buyers and our Client Support team will make the event date edits for you.
