This guide ensures accurate event and ticket sales setup with the correct time zone information.

Event Date and Ticket On Sale Date

When setting up the Event Date and specific On-Sale dates for tickets, please remember that the time zone used will depend on the venue selected on the Event Info page. If no venue is specified ("Venue to be added later" option is selected), the Event Date and Ticket sale will follow the account's timezone.

Discounts 

When creating discounts, a duration limit can be set. For the validity start and end dates, please note that the timezone being followed is the organiser's time zone. 

This information is also displayed in the admin section with the note: “Please note dates and times entered are in (Organiser’s time zone).”
