- Your private contact information must be completed in the admin before you can use an M2. This can be found under your user settings on the My Organization page.

Device & M2 Requirements

- Each user can only be logged into and using an M2 on one device.
- The M2 can only be connected to mobile devices.
- The M2 must be connected to the device it was initially connected to.
- Each device can only be connected to one M2 reader.
Network Recommendations
To process sales effectively using the TicketLeap Sell app, the following network recommendations should be met.
- The Wi-Fi network that your devices are connected to should be a dedicated private network.
- All devices should be within 50 feet of the Wi-Fi access point.
- We recommend a minimum of 10mbps download and upload per device.
Failure to meet and maintain network recommendations may result in a loss of network connection and app failures while selling tickets.
