To request a refund, you must contact the event organizer directly. Go to the event page where you bought tickets, scroll to the bottom, and click the Contact Us button. Fill out the contact form and click Send.

You may also contact the event organizer by accessing your receipt if you have your confirmation email. From your receipt page, scroll down to the Event Hosted By field, and you'll see any public contact information the event organizer has listed. Select the Contact Us option to access their contact form.
