If you have not received an email with your tickets, check your spam filters first. Every once in a while, they will end up there.
Add TicketLeap to your list of safe senders to ensure the successful delivery of barcode tickets in the future! If there is no email in your spam folder, there are a couple of ways to get your tickets:
If you already have a TicketLeap account, enter the event in the My Events list or Orders History tab. When you select your event at the bottom, you will see the Print/View Tickets button, where you can access and download your tickets.
If you still haven't received your tickets using the option above, please contact the event organizer directly. You may have entered the incorrect email address, or there was a typo when purchasing tickets.
