Tickets can be sold on-site for Canadian events using TicketLeap on desktop and a WisePOS™ E.
Devices can be purchased here. To charge your device and connect to your computer, you will need to purchase a dock as well.
Please make sure to order at least two weeks before your event.
Once you've purchased a terminal(s), please get in touch with us seven days before your event at 877-849-5327. We will help connect the device to your TicketLeap Account.
You will need an internet connection as the device needs to be connected to your computer. The WisePOS™ E Dock provides hardwired ethernet connectivity and keeps the smart reader fully charged for all-day use with the included USB-C to USB-A charging cable.
