Great news: you can now sell tickets at your event using just your phone! With TicketLeap Sell - Tap 2 Pay in the TicketLeap Sell app, your mobile device becomes the card reader. There's no extra hardware to buy, ship, or charge.

Tap to Pay is rolling out to sellers now. If you don't find it in the app yet, it's on its way to your account soon.

What you need

• The TicketLeap Sell app, free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• A supported phone or tablet: [Android device with NFC / iPhone requirements — confirm before publishing]
• An internet connection
• A Stripe account connected to TicketLeap

Get started with Tap to Pay

1. Download the TicketLeap Sell app and log in
2. Go to Payment Readers [confirm the navigation path]
3. Tap Enable Tap To Pay

Take a payment

1. Add tickets to the cart and tap Checkout
2. Under Payment Method, select Terminal
3. Tap Complete Order
4. Have the buyer tap their card or phone against your device

Prefer a dedicated card reader?

You can also sell onsite with the desktop Box Office and a WisePOS™ E card reader.

1. Buy a WisePOS™ E and a dock at least two weeks before your event. Devices can be purchased here
   1. To charge your device and connect to your computer, you will need to purchase a dock as well. 
2. Call us at 877-849-5327 at least seven days before your event, and we'll connect the reader to your account
3. Plug the dock into ethernet to keep the reader online and charged
