On TicketLeap, you can set your sales to start and end on specific dates and times.
Please note when setting up ticket sale times, it will be based on the venue timezone that you have selected on the Event Info page. If there is no venue, then it will follow the account timezone. If you need to change the account timezone, you can do that here.
- Log in to your TicketLeap account
- From the Events tab, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the event where you want to set a specific start or end time for ticket sales.
- Go to Tickets and click Edit (pencil icon) next to the ticket type you want to adjust.
- Click Additional Settings and check the box for Limit Online Sales Date.
- Choose the start and end date and time for ticket sales.
- Click Update Ticket then click Save to save your changes.
After editing a specific ticket type, you must edit other ticket types if you want to restrict them. Follow the previous steps for every ticket option to limit the sales dates.
If your event is still in draft, you can continue editing. When you are done, click Publish. your event will go live, but the ticket sales will still be restricted based on the dates and times you set earlier.
You will also have the option to choose where the ticket will be visible. Visibility can be set to Online and Box Office.
