Ticket availability is a setting that controls where a particular ticket type can be purchased. The possible options are:
- Active Online: Ticket buyers can purchase it online, but it cannot be sold at the box office.
- Active Box Office: It can be sold at the box office but cannot be purchased online by ticket buyers.
To set up the ticket availability:
- Log in to your TicketLeap account.
- From the Events tab, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the event where you want to edit the ticket.
- Go to Tickets and click Edit (pencil icon) next to the ticket you want to change the availability.
- Click Additional Settings. Tick the choices that apply: Active Online and/or Active Box Office
- Click Add / Update ticket, then Save.

Changing ticket availability on events with multiple dates
- If you have an event with multiple dates and change ticket availability on the main event, it will change the availability for that ticket type at all event times.
- If you want to change ticket availability for individual event dates, you must do this separately for each date and ticket type.
Important: For reserved seating events, you cannot set a start and end date for ticket sales. This option is only available for non-reserved seating events (general admission). As an alternative, consider holding seats or creating a separate box office price.
