When do I receive payment for my event?

All payments are scheduled to be processed and hit your bank account 4-6 business days after the event (5-7 business days for Canadian clients). If payment day is a bank holiday, payments will be delayed by one day. All payments are direct deposit; we do not offer check payments.

For multi-day events:

If your event spans multiple days, the payout schedule remains the same, 4-6 business days after each event date ends (5-7 business days for Canadian clients).

For example, if your event repeats every Friday, each day’s sales will follow the same payout timing, starting from the end of that specific day’s event.

Please note: For US based sellers, you DO NOT have to have your payment information set up to start selling tickets. You can sell tickets immediately and complete the payout details before the event. 

Our merchant processor, Stripe, may require additional information for you to start selling tickets so please check the payment section of your TicketLeap account before publishing your event.
