How can I resend tickets to a ticket buyer?

  1. Login to your TicketLeap account
  2. Go to Reports tab and select Orders report from the dropdown. 
  3. Enter the buyer's name, email or order ID in the search bar.
  4. Click the Order ID for the ticket you want to resend.
  5. Under the Manage Order, click Tickets and then select Resend tickets

There will be a notification on top to confirm that the request has been sent.
