If you need to transfer or forward your ticket order to someone else, you can do so in your TicketLeap account. Log in and select the event you purchased. You can forward all tickets in the order. It is not possible to forward individual tickets.
Once you've clicked on the order you're looking for, you will see the option to edit the order name. You can change the name and email on the order or just one.
Click Submit.
Additionally, you may want to reach out to the event organizer and make sure they allow you to transfer tickets.
