How do I edit the customer's order information?

Please note that buyer's email is different from the customer order email. The customer order email is where tickets and event updates are sent.

For instance, if a customer complains about not getting their tickets, you should check their order email

 
  1. Go to Reports and choose Order Report.
  2. Select the applicable filters and click Run Report.
  3. Click the Order ID that you want to update.
  4. Click edit next to the email.
  5. Enter the correct email address in the email field and click Save when done.
