Payment reports provide detailed documentation of financial transactions and payments between the seller and TicketLeap.

After logging into your account, go to the Reports menu and select Payments from the list.

Click on View for the payment you would like to review. A new tab will open a PDF report.

If multiple events are included in the payment, the first page will show the total amount. The additional pages will contain individual event payment reports.

The entire payment report list can be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking on Download in the upper right corner of the page.
