Issues printing your tickets

Tickets are designed to work on mobile devices or be printed. You can pull up your ticket on Apple Wallet or through your email on your smartphone. 

If you don't have a printer or a smartphone, you should contact the event organiser the event organiser and ask them what you should bring to check-in.

Here are some common questions regarding printing your event tickets:

If you’ve lost or haven’t received your tickets, follow these steps to retrieve them:

  1.  Find the confirmation email from TicketLeap to download your tickets. Look for the "Your Receipt" in the inbox of the email address you used to purchase your ticket. Also, look in your spam folder; it’s possible it ended up there. 
  2. Once you've found it, open the confirmation email. 
  3. Scroll down and click “View or Print Tickets”. This will open a page showing all the tickets in your order.

Once your tickets are displayed, you have the following options:

  • Print PDF Tickets – Click Print PDF Tickets to open a PDF file with all tickets in your order.
  • Print Individual Tickets – Click PDF (print icon) below the QR code for a specific ticket.4
  • Copy Link for an Individual Ticket – Click Copy Link below the QR code to get a shareable link for a single ticket.

I want to share individual tickets

If you'd like to share a specific ticket from your order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the confirmation email and click the View or Print Tickets button. Locate the ticket you want to share.
  2. Click Copy Link below the QR code of the ticket you wish to share. This will generate a unique link that you can send to someone else.
  3.  You can also click PDF (print icon) below the QR code to print the individual ticket.

Note that the link gives access only to the specific ticket shared, so make sure you're sharing the correct one.

 

I can’t find my downloaded tickets on my computer

If you’re still having trouble finding your downloaded file, search for it within the Internet browser you are using. Follow the directions below for your Internet browser. Remember, the filename is the event name followed by (dot)PDF.

Chrome - Click the Customize and Control menu (icon with three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the browser, then click Downloads. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

Safari - Click View at the top of the screen and then Show Downloads. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

Microsoft Edge - In any Edge window, press Ctrl+J on your keyboard. Or you can click the menu button (three dots) in the upper-right corner and select Downloads. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

Firefox - In the top right corner of the browser, click on the Downloads button, the button with an arrow pointing down. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

I can’t open the file on my computer

If you have found your tickets but can’t open the file, you may need a program like Adobe Reader installed on your computer because TicketLeap tickets are PDF files. Once you open the file, it’s time to print!

I have my tickets open on my computer, but I can’t print

Here are a few quick troubleshooting options:

  • Make sure the printer is on and has paper and ink.
  • Make sure the printer you wish to print to is installed and connected to your computer. 
  • If you use Adobe Reader, ensure you have the latest version installed on your computer.

Printing on a Mac

At the top of your screen, hover over File and then press Print. Select the printer you have set up on your computer and press Print.

Printing on a PC

First, click Print. Then select the printer to which you'd like to print your ticket, and press Print.
