The Buyer Details section is where you can see and update buyers' information.
Note:
- The details saved in the Buyer Details are for reference purposes only.
- Changing the name in Buyer Details, will not change the name on the ticket. If a ticket buyer wants to send their ticket to someone else, change the customer order email.
- The buyers' MyTickets login won't be affected by changing the email in Buyer Details. Learn how ticket buyers can change their MyTickets login.
- To edit buyers' details, go to Reports.
- Select Order Reports or Attendees Reports.
- Select the buyer you want to edit.
- Click the pencil icon next to their name.
- Update buyer details such as:
- First and last name
- Phone
- Address
- Click Update Buyer Contact Information.
