If you have a question about the event or would like to request a ticket refund or exchange, you must contact the event organizer for approval.
You can contact the event organizer by clicking Contact Us at the bottom of the event page where you bought tickets. From there, you can write a message directly to the event organizer. Fill out the form and click Send.
Please remember to verify reCAPTCHA by checking the box I'm not a robot before you send the message.
You may also contact the event organizer by accessing your receipt if you have your confirmation email. From your receipt email, scroll down to the Event Hosted By field and click on Contact Us to access their contact form.
