Quick Search is a powerful built-in search tool that lets you quickly find specific Customers, Orders, or Events within the TicketLeap admin. No need to run reports or scroll through long event lists—Quick Search brings what you need right to your fingertips.
How To Search
Look for the 🔍 icon in the primary navigation bar. Clicking it will open a search box. Start typing at least three characters, and Quick Search will immediately display relevant results for the following types of records:
- Events (search by event name)
- Orders (search by buyer name or confirmation code)
- Customers (search by customer name)
Please note: New orders, customers & events may be delayed a few minutes before they can be found using quick search.
Navigating Results
Once you see your results, click on any of them to view more details.
- Events: Clicking on an event result will take you to the Event Info screen, where you can manage the event.
- Orders: Clicking on an order result will open the Order Detail modal. From here, you can:
- Customers: Clicking on a customer result will open the Customer Detail modal. In this view, you can:
- View all prior orders placed by the customer
